witnessed a family reunion of sorts because our long, lost sister, Jennifer, flew in from Missoura leaving the "old man" and the "young uns" at home. Never ones to look a gift horse in the mouth, the rest of us sought to unload our children as well. After that task was accomplished we had a fantastic time catching up and hanging out at a favorite restaurant - the Old Spaghetti Factory - and then we did a little shopping. Okay, I shopped and they just looked. My favorite conversation of the weekend went a little something like this:
Jammie: What did you guys do with your chinchilla?
Didja eat it?
Jen: {{not amused}}
Niki and Myself: {{peeing our pants laughing}}
Sunday the entire family gathered together and witnessed the blessing of this purdy little sweetheart, who looked beautiful and behaved like a lady all day long. Congratulations Stailey! Jammie hosted a lovely party complete with delicious food and great company.
The kids had a great time trying out all of Jesse's band equipment and musical instruments. Things got a little weird, however, when Jake walked out of the house with a mask on.... 
and we were all left to wonder just what exactly goes on when all those cousins get together!
So, anyway, we had a fantastic time hanging out together as a family. Thanks Mom for flying Jen in for the festivities, and for buying our lunch and dinner. I won't mention the shoes that you wouldn't buy me, because I am hoping they will be coming for my birthday - only 24 more days!!!Jen - it was great seeing you again. I hope you found Misery, er I mean Missouri, tornado free and all of your critters in their respective beds. Come back soon - cause we know you will start to miss us as soon as you get your self-esteem back! J/K - You know we love you, right?!?!?

Yeah! We had such a fun time. I really miss all of us being together. It was a nice weekend. I really enjoyed it. That is a really good pic of Stailey.

Har har har!! I am glad I was there to entertain you all..pppllllllleeeewwwww (zerbert)!!! Seriously, it was fun and I miss hanging out, too. P.S. The chinchilla was purty durn good!!
